Although slightly dearer then the other models, i can see what your sales staff meant about the depth and appearance of the bracket. It's totally out of the way, almost un-noticable. I'll be putting in an order for another one shortly to replace an old one in my bedroom.

Bracket received very quickly. However, the screws that were supplied were not big enough to fit our Samsung 32" TV. They were too short and not big enough in circumference. Fortunately we had a few screws that would suffice.
The product quality and service was excellent.

The bracket itseld was exactly what I was looking for and the attached level was also a useful tool.
However, the instructions told me to use a 10mm drill, unfortunately the holes were too big for the wall plugs that came with the item, I had to go out to B&Q and buy new ones, not a big deal but was frustrating at the time and loses a star rating, because other than that I can't fault the company or the product.

On the look out for a fully articulating wall bracket to hang my plasma TV. went to John Lewis and found one for £255. So did a web search and came across what appeared to a similar design for only £78 from BracketsUK.com. Sceptical at first, but decided to give them a try anyway. Goods were delivered very promptly and turned out to be better constructed than the £255 alternative. So would recommend BracketsUK.com every time from now on.
