Delivery Information

Items ordered before 3:00pm, Monday-Thursday will be dispatched immediately for delivery within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched the following working day, again, for delivery within 24 hours.

Please Note: ER2U Ltd will not be held liable for any late delivery due to circumstances out of our control. This includes but is not limited to adverse weather, driver illness, lost items, damaged items, or returned items.

Orders outside of UK Mainland (Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc) will require a shipping quote before the item is sent. We will send you details of the costs within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you do not wish to pay the shipping costs, you are within your rights to cancel your order at this point.

We aim to deliver all items within 24 hours! Unfortunately, Stock can sometimes create a delay. If Next Day Delivery is REQUIRED, please call us to confirm the item you are ordering is in stock!

Orders are delivered between 9am and 3pm, Monday - Friday. Saturday deliveries can be made for an additional charge of £15.00.

Please note that ALL items require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your item. If you wish to have your item delivered to a neighbour or your work address, please specify their address during the checkout process.

If the courier fails to obtain a signature they will leave a calling card with a telephone number for your local depot. They will attempt to deliver a second day, however if they are still unable to obtain a signature, you will be required to rearrange delivery directly with them at a suitable time to yourself. Any fees incurred by ER2U Ltd will be charged to you as the customer.

If the courier is not contacted by yourself; the item will be sent back to our warehouse. If this happens, due to delivery costs incured by ER2U Ltd, you will automatically receive a £15.00 + VAT charge on your account. Re-Delivery can then be made, however; Regretably, a further charge of £7.50 will occur.
