Delivery Information

*Items over 2kg delivered to the EU and some Offshore Islands may be subject to an extra packaging & shipping charge to the above. If you would like a quote with shipping included please e-mail mailbox@er2u.co.uk.

Items ordered before 2:00pm, Monday-Friday will be dispatched immediately for delivery the following working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will roll over onto the following working days dispatch run. Parcels are delivered between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday. Saturday deliveries can be made for an additional charge. (please see above)

We aim to deliver all items within 24 hours! Unfortunately, Stock can sometimes create a delay. Also some of our smaller lighter items are sent via 1st class royal mail. If Next Day Delivery is REQUIRED, please call us to confirm.

Please Note: ER2U Ltd will not be held liable for any late delivery due to circumstances out of our control. This includes but is not limited to adverse weather, driver illness, lost items, or damaged items.

Should you wish to have your item delivered to a neighbour or your work address, please specify the address during the checkout process. If the item is to be left without a signature this will be at the customers own risk, please ensure the area specified is secure.

Finally, if during the checkout process you select the delivery option “DO NOT LEAVE SAFE – Redeliver” and the courier fails to obtain a signature they will leave a calling card with a telephone number for your local depot. The courier will then attempt a second delivery free of charge, at a more convenient time/date.

If the courier is not contacted after a card has been left the item will be returned to our warehouse. In these rare circumstances the delivery costs incurred by ER2U Ltd will be charged to your account £15.00 (return to sender fee).
