FREE 24 HOUR DELIVERY WITH EVERY ORDER! Items ordered before 1:00pm, Monday-Thursday will be dispatched immediately for delivery within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched the following working day, again, for delivery within 24 hours. Orders outside of UK Mainland (Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc) will incur a shipping surcharge of £15.00 and may take longer to arrive then our usual 24 hours. We aim to deliver all items within 24 hours! Unfortunately, Stock can sometimes create a delay. If Next Day Delivery is REQUIRED, please call us to confirm the item you are ordering is in stock! Orders are delivered between 9am untill 5pm, Monday - Friday. Saturday deliveries can be made for an additional charge of £15.00. Please note that ALL items require a signature. We cannot leave your item in your "Garden Shed", or behind your "Recycling Bins"! Please ensure someone is available to sign for your item. If you wish to have your item delivered to a neighbour or your work address, please specify their address during the checkout process. If the courier fails to be able to get a signature they will leave a calling card with a telephone number for your local depot. They will attempt to deliver a second day, however if they are still unable to obtain a signature, you will be required to rearrange delivery directly with them at a suitable time to yourself. Any fees incurred by Patched Media Ltd will be charged to you as the customer. If the courier is not contacted by yourself; the item will be sent back to our warehouse. If this happens, due to delivery costs incured by Patched Media Ltd, you will automatically receive a £15.00 + VAT charge on your account. Re-Delivery can then be made, however; Regretably, a further charge of £4.95 will occur. If for what ever reason; you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day returns policy. The above information is provided for your reference only.) Any item deficiencies must be reported within 72 hours in writing. Failure to do this will leave you liable for any damage to the item that may have been caused via courier or other rare circumstance. You must return your item within the 14 day period. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by your postage option (We recommend a registered post option.) The product must be unopened with all original packaging, along with a copy of our Returns form. (Failure to provide the above may result in delays.) Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to customers (P&P fees for that item will be charged). If collection is arranged by us, it must be from the same address to which the item was delivered. Please note: If the courier is unable to obtain your item due to you being unavailable, you will be charged a £15 + VAT wasted couriers fee. This will be debited from your refund once the item has been received. ALSO Please note: All returns must be received with a returns form. Any items which do not contain a returns form will simply not be accepted and returned to you as the customer. Providing your returned item meets the above criteria, we will process a full refund (minus our shipping costs) back to your account within 14 days of receiving your item.
